Job Title:                  Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Basic:                        £22,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

Location:                  Moorgate, London

The Pitch:

Once upon a time, 3 years ago, a Director of a well-known Recruitment agency set up a new agency focusing on IT Architecture, Infrastructure & Service Management, Change & Project Management and Information Security.

This Director was paramount in the success of his previous firm growing and becoming a well-known brand.  So why did he set up his own agency?  It’s simple – To offer a better service and more to the point, to ensure that all his staff are valued and rewarded for their efforts.

Three years on the company is doing extremely well and have been above target year on year and they are continuing to grow.

Do they want to be the biggest agency?  No.  Do they want to be the new Sthree of the world? No.  Do they want to be the best at what they do, ensure everyone in the company is making money and are happy? YES!

The Daily Hussle

Right now the main aim of the role is to fill tons of live roles.  They’ve got a lot of open roles (across all their practice area’s), so from day one you’ll have jobs to work, so your main focus will be Delivery.  The role will grow into you becoming a 360 Recruiter and ultimately into management – and the best part is you can decide on which practice you want to specialise in. Bottom Line: You are in control of how you move forward.

Only Superman will do!

Well no.  You don’t have to Super Man or Super Woman or be able to move mountains with your pinky finger.  As long as you have at least 6 months experience in IT recruitment (Other professional sector experience will be considered) and are willing to work hard, learn and have a positive outlook then this job is right for you.  It will also help if:

  • You’re a good communicator (verbally and written)
  • Down to earth and enjoy a bit of banter
  • Are self-motivated
  • You have a commitment to yourself to be successful and to be a master of you area
  • Intelligent (as ambiguous as that sounds!!!)

There is only one thing that you MUST have:

  • At least 6 month experience in Recruitment – ideally IT or Technology, but my clients are open to any professional sector)


  • Failing that, if you have B2B sales experience and are a graduate then we would like to hear from!
